Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your Boett for any reason, you can simply return your purchase and we will refund you after receiving the returned item.

To receive a full refund

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods that you plan to make a return
  • You must contact us before returning your goods
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase

Who pays for a return?

  • We pay if the goods you receive are incorrect, faulty or damaged
  • You pay for any other reason

Returns

  • State reason for return
  • Please include name and address
  • Receipt number
  • Contact telephone number

Packaging

  • Returns must be sent back in the same condition as when they reached you
  • Blankets must be returned in clean, hair free condition otherwise they will incur a cost for cleaning
  • For your own protection please use a trackable service when returning any goods

Refunds

  • If you want a refund, you will need to contact us with the same card card details that you paid with.

Exchange

  • If you want to exchange for a different size we will send the new item out once we have received the return
  • If the new item is less expensive we will refund the difference, if it is more expensive we will contact you so that you can pay the difference.
